This blog seems great for me because you all did a surprisingly detailed analysis of the song.I had never listened to this song, but I enjoyed seeing and listening to this blog, for this analysis gave me almost all information about this song.
ReplyDeleteEspecially, I liked the part Misa did. It contains both information about this song and information about other products influenced by the song. "Hatch Potch Station" video was absolutely funny!
Hi, I'm Ryo. Nice to meet you.
ReplyDeleteYour final project is well developed and researched! I was very interested to read the whole part. I love Queen, too, at least I think, but I have never thought this splendid song so deeply. I'm surprised at the small number of instruments in this song and how they played it in live performance.
Lastly, I would like you to introduce "女王様." She copied Queen in Japanese, as 王様, which is a famous rock musician in Japan, copied many traditional rock band in Japanese. Some people says that he (女王様 is actually male just as members of Queen are all male) is disrespectful to Queen, but I feel his love and respect to Queen form his singing. I hope you enjoy this version. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njN-pBqvNMI)
